AKT: First Draft (Discontinued)
The first draft of A Kiflo Tale, a Fantasy book I've been trying to write for some time. I've since decided that I want to heavily outline my book, and also change its perspective, this draft of the story is both unfinished, and written from first person. I'm only really keeping it for notes and references, but I also want there to be history stamps for some of the first written work I did. Here the work is raw, the words written, since I was 15, from now (17, in 2018). Everyone has a poor first book, true, and even though I know AKT isn't going to be the greatest, I'm writing it for myself, and I want it to personally reflect what I want to read. Classic Fantasy following Arilyn Larkir, she is a student of the ancient, though often considered dark and cursed, art of Kiflo. Kiflo, is a form of natural magic which manipulates elements of the world, giving its user powers, but powers which must be contained, or the consequences could be fatal. AKT is heavily influenced by the Witcher Series (particularly the games), DnD (Dungeons and Dragons) and is my first real attempt at long form, high fantasy narrative. The universe I plan to expand in general, as I like my short stories and stuff to link to the world I've built.Complete

The Smith siblings, Kai and Nya, together with their little foster brother, Lloyd, try to survive their difficult life with their abusive foster parent. They live far from everything, have little to no personal possessions, and lead difficult lives as their guardian's source of income. All they have is each other. One day, just as things start to become unbearable in the siblings' lives, an old sensei comes to meet the three siblings and makes them an all too intriguing offer. He gives them the chance to a new life. How will the siblings cope with the drastic transition from being neglected in an abusive household to living in a peaceful monastery amongst kind and caring people? How will their broken mindsets and crippling fears affect them and their parts in a prophecy? How will two boys both dressed in green find peace after a war lights up between them? ------------- This story is only meant to be a bit of fun for me and my readers, so it won't be as well-written as my other books. It's just supposed to be something I can write for fun and don't have to feel stress over :) -This story does not follow the LEGO Ninjago plot or timeline, but is alternative with some similarities to the show -Most of the characters belong to LEGO Ninjago -This story includes dark topics such as abuse, violence, injuries and generally anything. Graphic scenes will be included. -None of the art in the chapters or the cover is mine.

The Realm of Ninjago is made of legends and strings of fate. The thing is, Val's pretty sure she isn't part of that fate. Especially considering Ninjago is. Y'know. A children's show. But then she somehow finds herself thrown into its world, as impossible as that is, and with seemingly no way out. Now stuck between a hard place and the show's main plot, Val realizes that the cartoon wildly tuned down just how horrifying the place really was. What with the constant villain attacks and the prophecies that never stop coming, living in Ninjago is nothing short of a nightmare. So Val is making sure she wakes up on the other side of the screen. Another self indulgent fic joins the ranks. Obligatory disclaimer that I don't own Ninjago or the cover art.
