Madeline is in a band who is about to head off touring. And that is how she met Jordan of The Ready Set. He will be joining them for the tour and Kat, Madeline's manager, thought is would be better if they meet before touring with strangers. Madeline is shy, kind, and "average" in her book. On the phone she can be outrageous but in person she is mute. And she plays the violin for her deceased mother. Even when it wears her out to keep up with her band and being the guitarist. Jordan is funny, calculating, loud at times, and a prankster. He is the only member of The Ready Set and travels with a back up band.
