This is a work-in-progress. I am uploading as I am writing. Hence, ideas may be slightly disjointed and discrepant, and the story may be a little off on the structural aspect. I apologise for any shortcomings this undertaking may reveal on my part.
I am also not a whiz-writer, but I like my stories/writing to be the best I can get them to with my existing abilities. So there will be times when I will not be uploading for long whiles because I am not satisfied with what I wrote. And, though I try my best, I am not immune to blocks.

I walk pass her and she keeps her head down, "Don't just stand there, follow me. I'm taking you back, I didn't sign up for this. These people go missing from days to years. Niall is building up his own company to compete against his dad. As soon as Niall company starts growing, his father pushes a woman on him to take care of. Haven Posh has been in a basement since she was a baby. She was kidnapped months after she was born. Niall's dad is the person to find Haven and save her, but none of Haven family are around for her to go back to. Not only that, Haven can't do anything for herself. The only thing she can do is clean herself and read, but don't know what any of the words mean or what she's reading. What happens when Haven ends up in Niall's care? Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. Kaito never expected a night doing star maps to turn his life upside down. Especially after meeting an injured girl on his way home. This is the fantasy AU. This one was a bit tough for me to write I think because I am writing a setting that is in the medieval past whilst also giving it a steampunk feel too. I'm hoping that I didn't screw it up. There are scenes in the story that were inspired by many fantasy movies that I had seen such as "Stardust" and "Lord of the Rings". This is also cross posted from my account on Wattpad. Someday - A Short Story
Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff.
