A murder in Portland Village hasn't happened for almost 300 hundred years. However, for some reason, they've always seemed to revolve around the same family, the same line of blood. Elisa Pere is part of that cursed family, and when her last remaining relative, her great aunt dies under mysterious circumstances, she begins to wonder. Seeking help from Investigator Jack Slade, he takes her into his home as a form of protective custody. As the two begin to delve deeper into the dark past of Elisa's ancestors, they delve deeper into something else: love. Will Elisa and Slade be able to solve her family's dark history and stop the murder?
