After the murder of ten women, Nick Thomson is caught and sent away to Sacred Heart Sanitarium. With his background, the nurses are determined to find out why he killed. They do this with horrible practices that only mentally insane people could come up with. Hearing about the acts of the sanitarium, Jonah Hathaway, a 20 year old college student, decided to explore the premises. Something cuts his journey short as he is now inside. Jonah becomes friends with Nick inside the walls of the sanitarium. He too experiences these horrible practices and tries his best to escape. In this fictional book, Jonah Hathaway recalls the events of the asylum and let us finally know what happens behind those closed doors along with the story of Nick Thomson.
