Life has always been shit, according to Loopy. Death has always occurred, and there's never been a day without it; on top of this, he always receives the annoying Bofo as his partner for the summer.
However, this year is different when he is assigned to someone else for the summer: Zany. He feels as though life has changed a little since he's met the smaller beanie, and it soon seems to be that he feels stranger when around him. He soon then makes a wish; will that wish come true without breaking the games's rules?
