A serene chirp of crickets swept over the house, I heard a light knock on my front door. On the other side, was a pair of dazzling hazel eyes and strawberry blonde curly hair, "Hello Pip..." I said passionately.
"Hey... Merry." He smiled with that cute little smile. Sometimes I think he knows it drives me crazy. I outstretched my arms for a warm hug. I slightly leaned forward, but he didn't respond, so I let my arms fall. "Is something bothering you, Pip?" I asked quietly.
He didn't say anything. We shared a moment of awkward silence, and I felt a sudden jerk at my shirt collar and before I knew it, my lips were on his.

The ring must be destroyed" Legolas said "It is true you cannot just walk into the gates of Mordor but you should not be so naive as to think you alone could destroy the ring" I said as Gimli looked towards me "And I suppose you think you're the one to do it ?" Gimli said cockily "And if we fail,what then ? What happens when Sauron takes back what is his ?" Boromir questioned looking towards Gimli as he leaps to his feet "I will be dead before I see the Ring in the hands of an Elf!" Gimli says looking towards me spitefully. "How dare you speak to me in such a manor dwarf!" I said rage in my voice as the council erupted into a storm of arguments. "Never trust an Elf!" Gimli said towards me as I reach for my arrow but a hand grabs my wrist and I feel warm breath on my ear "I wouldn't" Legolas' voice says against my skin as I look at him our faces inches apart. "Fine" I say through gritted teeth as Legolas lets go of my hand softly and stands by my side.Concluída

"I will stay safe. I promise," I said, pulling back and looking her in the eyes. They were red and puffy from crying, and her face was tearstained. I dried her tears, and her sobbing slowed to a stop. She took a shuddering breath and hugged me tightly. "You promise?" Míreth said quietly. "I promise," I whispered back. I held her tightly. "When I come back, we can live a happy, normal life together. I will come back. Alright?" I hoped the word together would hit a nerve. I did. Míreth pulled back, new tears of hope in her eyes. When they started spilling down her face, I dried them quickly with my shirtsleeve. ~*~*~*~ I do not own any of the Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit characters. Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun."
