It's Not Like The Movies

As human beings we all have an escape. Whether it's a book or a television show. But, the one that gets to me the most is the movies.

In all movies there is one thing in common... Love. Movies make it seem as if love comes in the blink of an eye, but, in reality love takes time. We love what we can't have and we hate what loves us. Most relationships are lies sometimes it may be an abusive one when people see the couple outside of their home they look like soul-mates but in reality they are not meant to be at all.

Some of the movies like 'Safe Haven' make it seem like when one relationship isn't right another perfect one will be around the corner. Movies lie, it takes a strong mind to see that movies are not like reality. Movies were made to entertain us not make us believe in them and think love will come easy. It took me a while to realize that...
