"I thought you said they said were going to Florida. You know as in Disney World and like, a million people?" I say staring at the pamphlet that came in the mail. "It does say Florida, just not THAT Florida" My mom answers looking at the pamphlet from behind my shoulder. "So what you're saying is, we are going to spend 3 weeks on an island who's name screams lies!" I state "Oh Clara don't be so dramatic. Think of it as an adventure!" -------- Clara Jones would much rather stay at home watching The Breakfast Club and re-read The Notebook all summer than go on this "fun" family trip. She would't be leaving much behind. She's a loner - never had a boyfriend and has no friends and the only thing she has planned is to go to college in the fall. Maybe winning this trip will help her make new friends and find an Island summer romance; who knows.

{Completed} Elizabeth Walker wasn't much of a social butterfly, to put it lightly. She actually preferred to spend her time by herself, where she could think in peace, which she planned to do on her family's two-week long beach vacation. However, her parents did not seem to understand that concept at all. In fact, they were all but mad that she wasn't out being a normal teenager. So, her mom practically forced her to spend time with the rude boy they met in the elevator. (Something about being more social? Who needs social time, anyways?) All she could think about was how rude this boy was. Hayes was nothing but trouble, the tattoo on his chest told her that much. But when he insists on betting that she will fall for him in two weeks, she agrees to the bet, positive that she would never even come close to falling for him. (She is nothing if not competitive.) Will she fall for Hayes before the two weeks are up? I mean, sure he can sing really well. And sure, he's kind of hot. Okay really hot. But seriously, he's just some rude boy from an elevator. There's no way she'd fall for him. Right? "Give It Two Weeks"
