Johanna Noelle Sanchez (17), Khamoria Alizay Jordan (17), and Yaysha Simone Lecoure(16), grew up together on the west-side of Chicago IL. All three of their families come from abuse, criminal actions and poverty. When the girls get a chance to compete in The TrueStar Talent Competition with an $10,000 dollar prize they come together as one, putting all they have into practicing and perfecting their singing, rapping, and dancing skills. Facing 20 other groups (that actually have experience in the performance world) will Johanna, Khamoria, and Yaysha breakthrough the wall that is holding back their dreams or will they crumble and fail ind total defeat ?
