Dakota West is a werewolf and she's trying to fit in with the reining pack of Dalton, Georgia. She was turned at a slumber party by a close friend of hers. She had to flee her home for fear of being rejected by her family. The reining pack of Charleston tried to recruit her and ultimately, the Alpha pissed her off and they fought. She lost horribly and ran off. Dakota had come into contact with a silver fence of sorts and cut her shoulder on the way to Georgia. She had a deep gash and was unable to change back to her human form due to being too weak. She stumbled to Georgia and animal control had found her passed out in a ditch. They brought her to a veterinary hospital. There, she had been stolen by a member of the reining pack of Dalton and brought to the older, wiser Jackson, the Alpha. At her new home, she is Third-in-Command and training hard to be able to defeat the Alpha of her hometown's pack.
