Violet Purzycki is a regular, anxiety ridden teenager at one of the most prestigious schools in Europe - The Upperton School. Although she isn't a wallflower, she certainly prefers keeping to herself. Her vocabulary knows no bounds, but the words self-esteem and self-confidence don't seem to have a place in it.
Though the school is frequented by many interesting characters, the rich, the famous, and the dangerous, her life is somehow still quite boring. The only source of joy, happiness and entertainment in her life comes in the form of her best friend Daniel Warner with whom she's gone through everything since they were infants, and her other close friend Kate who has a personality so different from her own.
So what happens when Violet Purzycki gets a total makeover? Not a physical one, but one that totally changes her personality and way of thinking. How will this impact her mentally and physically? How will Daniel, Kate, her family and other acquaintances react?
Enter new boy, new girl and a few other characters and suddenly, Violet's life isn't so boring anymore.
