K: The Black King

After the war of the kings, a phenomenon that had caused 3 Kings to perish, the city of Shizume is left in a chaotic state, despite the fact that Homura was
no longer creating mayhem. A few months have passed and Sceptre 4 has gained control over the city, albeit the domains of the three other kings.

However, the Blue king, Munakata Reisi, has been receiving strange threats denoting he must give up his throne or else there will be yet another war between kings, a war that was much, much worse than the previous one.
