A teenager in High School finds out he has powers and is visited by Wave The Swallow of the Babylon Rogues. After she and Jet inform him of the Earth's impending destruction at the metallic claws of Mekkaku, a government robot gone crazy, he agrees to help. On their journey, they encounter other familiar characters such as Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Blaze, and Silver.
