I honestly don't know what to call it. I just wanna put in my stuff and you can see from there what you think. I know the cover looks silly, but what I wrote isn't exactly something funny. With that being said I should warn you that there are some stuff in here that might be triggering, so please be careful. Now most if not all of these poems are not finished and might have typos. So advice would be appreciated.

The Scars I Carry
A collection I've put together of a few original poems I've written over the years. These poems are relating to personal experiences and emotions, and I debated publishing them for a very long time. I've finally decided to publish some of my work in hopes that they can help some people through difficulties, as writing them helped me. I will be adding more as I write them of course. There are various forms and styles so each piece is different from the others, although this collection follows similar themes. I will be putting trigger warnings for each and every poem that requires them, as well as which triggers are contained in which poems that way you have the best idea of what you will find. If at any point you feel triggered by my writing or by something else, please don't be afraid to reach out for help, you are never alone, I promise you. The themes/possible triggers contained within this collection are the following; self-harm, suicide attempts and general talk of suicide, emotional and psychological abuse, childhood trauma, mental health and mental illness (anxiety, depression, ptsd, anorexia- etc), death and dying-and others. I don't own the two songs I've posted on the two newest poems but give them a listen if you like. just a collection of free verse/rondel poems(short stories to lengthy ones I guess) I've written over the course of ten months so far some won't be uploaded as I know they would get flagged as to dark of topics so yeah enjoy or don't. Feed back is helpful I didn't really pay attention in my English class during poetry so I don't really know how to punctuate the poems. Also I know the first one is pretty bad but it was the first I've ever written the rest I think are okay but we're our worst critics after all. Also there are some with dark topics such a suicidal ideation, abuse of a child, sexual abuse, and not technically a dark topic but metaphorical suicide which talks about suicide so you have been warned for when I get around to uploading the darker poems.Complete

I'm an artist. At least that's what I'm trying to become. I study art so that's a good step right? I have a normal life... well not really but it's not completely fucked up you know? I just do the things I maybe shouldn't but there are plenty other dudes doing the same. Drinking, partying, drugs... I won't say I'm proud of it but I don't regret it either. I like my life... sometimes I do. Who would've thought that my life would end up like this fucking mess? And who would've thought that I could change that much? All because I liked a boy... Careful this book is full with trigger warnings I will mention at each chapter. Some of them are: - drug use - alcohol - sexual abuse - physical abuse - mental abuse - suicide - self harm - eating disorder
