The Night, 

Absence of light 
Full Moon beaming through the soft linen 
Pilaff and Baron on the table 
Candles sluggishly burning 

Cutleries on my hand 
A deep stare at the other end
His favorite spot 
Memories like yesterday I craved for

The frame, 
The image ever smiling 
Aura of his presence 
An inevitable goose bump

Vaporized into thin air 
In the heavens he now lives
Among the constellations 
Lonely, alone with the night.
