Scar was kidnapped by Visser Two. But he isn't the one Visser Two needs for his war against Visser One and Visser Three, and ultimately, the Council of Thirteen and the Yeerk Empire itself.
For reasons still unknown, he needs a human. A morph-capable human.
And it will be one of the Animorphs.

Taken || Book 2 of 2 in the Sam's Back series
Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want. Trigger warnings: death loops, permadeath, Sam being Sam, manipulation, self hatred, torture, general angsty stuff. There's a happy ending though! Animorphs Primal: Invasion
A group of kids have what appears to be a chance encounter with an alien. Being told that they're not alone in the universe and that there is an invasion in the process to take their planet, they decide to do everything in their power to protect it. Hello everybody. I'm a big fan of the series and wanted to see this play out in the modern world. There's actually a great series that is doing that in archive. So I guess I can say that it was an inspiration. But mine is going to be slightly different. For one, I'm using the appearance of the Animorphs from the television series. Mostly because I love Shawn Ashmore and his brother. And I'm also adding an OC to the mix because I want to explore a new dynamic.
