Kyoko was your average High School Lolita until she met Loli, a Lolita from another planet after some guy by the name of Doctor Giggles. Upon their meeting, Kyoko's life changes forever when she's forced into hiding with an all male biker gang and her Yanki friend Yuko to avoid Gosu, a lolita bent on revenge, and Dr. Giggles' evil minions who are out to get her for an experiment: the testing of a mind controlling bonnet. As Kyoko learns: sometimes even Lolita need to drop their princessy act and put on a war face.
