Mio Akiyama is just a normal girl, living a normal life in the suburbs of Tokyo. Her only dream is to make a success of her life by working hard and she hopes to experience a love so powerful that she believes that it exists only in fiction. But a nocturnal assault on her makes her come in contact with an immortal who saves her from a certain misfortune. It is love at first sight for Mio but is it the same for her rescuer? Will Mio be able to convince him that they were meant to be? Or are the forces opposing their relationship too powerful and will threaten to tear them apart?
