Bucky Barnes was back with his best buddy Steve, he was just getting used to his life at Avengers HQ when an attack happened. She came out of nowhere, she was a flash of black and silver. The only thing that caught Buckys eye before the girl disappeared was the red star on her arm.

Hydra might not have the Winter Soldier anymore, but they have something close to him, the only thing that Bucky doesn't know is that the new assassin of hydra is his daughter. Her name is Bliss, and she will kill anything hydra tells her to. Bucky hopes to end Hydra and get his daughters memories back, even if it kills him.
