Pariah

Orphans need to be killed.

Everyone was born with unique abilities and children without parents caused problems to society. See, only couples can inhibit their children's powers until they reach the age of maturity- or well should. One couple struggled to suppress their child's power. This weakened them thus prompted a difficult choice that must be made given the situation. This decision brewed the story of an "Outcast" named Pariah Grim and her strife against the deteriorating world.
