See, only couples can inhibit their children's powers until they reach the age of maturity- or well should. One couple struggled to suppress their child's power. This weakened them thus prompted a difficult choice that must be made given the situation. This decision brewed the story of an "Outcast" named Pariah Grim and her strife against the deteriorating world.
