Based in old times. With two kingdoms at war. The one kingdom use dragons and even has a academy where they train riders and dragons. The other kingdom is against using dragons but want them for their powers and after they take their powers they use them to catch other dragons. They actually want to destroy the dragon race by taking their powers away and selling them for money.
