I was walking back home from my friends house and it took the shortcut through the woods.  I felt a sudden breeze, I turned around no one was there, odd. Suddenly I heard an ear-piercing shriek I ran toward that noise which was a mistake.  I saw 3 guys and one of the guys was next to her neck, and I made an even worst mistake I yelled that got their attention towards me uh-oh what should I do. next thing I knew he was next to me and he put a rag over my nose and mouth and I was getting tired and My vision got darker and darker someone help me!All Rights Reserved

I was just laying down on my bed, cuddled up with a book, when I heard a faint creak on the stairs. The sound was muffled seeing as the door was shut, but I heard it nevertheless. My eyes wandered to the door and I tried to be as silent as possible in my attempt to locate another sound. My body was tense, but relaxed when I didn't hear another noise. It's probably just my imagination, I thought. My paranoia was probably just getting the best of me since I was home alone. I heard the stairs creak again however and I heard... Footsteps. I put my book down slowly and got off my bed as quietly as I could. Yes, those were definitely footsteps. I opened my door slowly, trying to be as silent as possible.
