After losing control she decides to run away and find her family, having only a single photograph as a guide. On her journey she meets the Kazekage, Gaara, and feels once again cared for. As she gets closer to the stranger she feels something that she was missing. Something to fill the empty void in her heart.

Scared and mourning her losses. She meets people the kindness they show her is unknown and comforting compared to her very lonely past. Her adventure begins! I finished the story recently and I left a lot of cliff hangers or gaps in her past and a ending that isn't ideal. If I revise, I will fix that and probably change the end. A/N: I haven't seen many stories about Shinki and thought I should write a story about his life based on my imagination (and maybe throw a little Gaara's childhood in there). Shinki is my 2nd most favorite character in the new generation behind his lovely cousin Shikadai so I thought, what better way to show my love to him than writing a story about his life?
