Raine is bitten by a vampire that is unknowingly carrying a rare berserker gene. When he bites and turns her, he gives it to her which bascially downgrades him to a regular vampire. Berserkers aren't supposed to turn humans and after sheis turned, she's hunted by good and bad vampire factions for use of her power. Who will get to her first? Will Raine choose to do the right thing or will she realize her potential and destroy the world?
