In this world, the paranormal abounds. Ghouls, undead, and many more dangerous creatures flourish. But though incidents with these beings, collectively referred to as Shades, are almost everyday occurences, only a few have the ability to interact with them. The annual Paranormal Sensitivity Test (PST) tests applicants in order to find people with these abilities.
And it seems this year's crop has some interesting prospects....
