Oli Black got himself in some deep trouble, and he can't get out. He wakes up in a hospital, with a strange man and woman worrying about him. Oli would have been happy to see that his best friend Jose cared about him, and he would be at home, letting people pamper his broken body if there wasn't one (tiny) problem. His body is not his body. He is trapped inside of a girl's body, with a family he doesn't know, and a best friend who is madly in love with him. Or her.
