On the planet of Takodana, self attributed 'legendary outlaw' Peter Quill aka Star-Lord meets Rey, a former scavenger turned Jedi on the run from the First Order. Upon meeting Rey, Peter is drawn into the intense galactic conflict between the brace Resistance, led by Princess Leia, and the evil First Order led by Supreme Leader Snoke and his apprentice Kylo Ren. As his friends Rocket and Groot join him on his adventure, as well as Rey's best friend Finn, a renegade stormtrooper, the climactic battle against the First Order draws closer, and the fate of the galaxy hangs in the balance.
