Please don't judge this too harshly I wrote most of this when I was 15. Based off of the Duology 'Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo'. A Kanej story. Some profanity. (Possibly a lot) Basically Kaz loses his gloves and Inej looks for them. Then they get in a fight and she leaves. How does Kaz deal with it?.....not well. __________________________________________ I have atrocious grammar and Spelling. And I do not know why but I just capitalize stuff that doesn't need to be. *This is a sequel. Sadly however, Wattpad has decided to take down the first one ( which is a reaction fanfic) because of copyright... And only decided to do this after about 1-2 years and the fic making it as #1 (Don't know how or why). It is now solely on AO3 (Archive of Our Own) along with this sequel... Oh well, Shadow was simply in a rush to get everyone out before they themselves got mobbed. When The Bud Blooms - sequel to Our Blooming Youth (journey to the Palace)
About eight months ago, I met two characters who spoke to me. Their relationship was based on trust, friendship and an incredible attraction to each other that went beyond the physical, and I could see how they would evolve just because of that foundation years down the line. This story carries forward the story of Yi Hwan and Min Jay Yi from the Korean TV series "Our Blooming Youth". I had severe withdrawal symptoms once the series ended. I wanted to keep travelling with them. I wanted to know how they developed. I was eager to uncover the transformation from uncertainty ('maybe') to astonishment ('OMG! It's real!') and the ensuing chaos of "WTF do I do now?" What did the path forward look like for Min Jay Yi and Yi Hwan, as they made their personal journey through their one year of separation? I felt this was a story that was needed to be told. It was as important to the growth of their relationship as a couple as it was when they bonded over common goals and promised to always be at each other's side. So here is Yi Hwan and Min Jay Yi's journey from the day of the battle to their life in the Palace. (Disclaimer: The scriptwriters clearly defined the characters, and I borrowed them. The rest of the story is original.)
