Mendoza. A very common last name in the town of Hinsdale. My family was known because of all our money, drama, and even a murder. The Homicide of Victor Mendoza, my father. My own flesh and blood. Dead and gone. The man who raised me was killed unexpectedly and no one has a damn clue why. And no one knows who did it either. I know my family has a lot of secrets. Maybe even some deep, dark ones. But not one that costed my fathers life. So therefore, when I find whoever did it, I'm gonna make the murderer of my father wish he was dead.
