The Heir of Slytherin is a Hufflepuff

Little was known about Tom Riddle, especially that he had a daughter who had faked her death to get away from him, her name was Desdemona Riddle. Desdemona fell in love with another wizard, who she later found out was a descendant of Helga Hufflepuff, Desdemona wound up pregnant and soon gave birth to a little girl who she named Honerva Abigail Hufflepuff. Not long after Honerva's 8th birthday her mother passed away which sent her into the muggle child services where she was abused but instead of becoming cold like her grandfather she learned compassion and that muggles weren't so different then them. A few months before her 11th birthday Hermione found her and was able to have her parents adopt her, with the help of Albus Dumbledore of course.
