The official spinoff for the original book Inlove with my Neighbor. Narrating the life of the kids who have grown to battle the life they are birth into. "Low-key worked when it was needed." His palm rest at the side of my face. His thumb caress my jawline "Not right now though. Not when a woman like you with such artistic precision deserves to be shown off." Heaving a sigh, I start creating the many scenarios in my head of how my family will take this news. Wondering if the love we have is able to withstand the many obstacle that await us once we're out there. "Such perfection. Body like an easel. Your face... the perfect canvas. Your mind? He just stood there. Looking at me. The way I had reacted had put him in a state of shock. "I... I um," Every word I had learned from pre-school to now had just flew out of my mind and left me speechless. "I should go." I could tell he could barely hear the hurtful words I had just chocked out of my mouth, but I didn't care. Not anymore. I walked away. Fighting back tears. I drove all the way to my house and when I got there I fell against the cold wall. What had just happened? All I knew is that I wasn't able to think straight. My mind was clouded with memories of him. I shook my head trying to forget everything that was involved with him. But I wasn't able to forget. These thoughts were a part of me now.
