How things would have been if Shivaay had believed Anika and sent Tia immediately out of his life. What if there was no creepy Daksh? What if there was no forced marriage? What if another billionaire came into their lives and loved Anika ?
The story is set before daksh's entry in OM.
Anika and the obros were successful in exposing Tia infront of Shivaay and family. It forced Pinky to throw Tia by her neck owing to the immense break of trust she had caused. Shivaay felt relieved and grateful. While family members thought shivaay was relieved because he escaped Tia but his relief stemmed out of something else. You guys gussed it right. Its the very escape from marriage for which he was elated not just because he escaped Tia. How can billuji be happy on the premise of marriage with someone else apart from his own Panika? But his happiness was short lived because with the marriage stopped Anika's job at OM is done. Although dadi had tried to rehire her Anika didn't want to because she had already realised her attraction towards Shivaay and she very well knew that continuing there would cause her nothing but a heart break since she didn't possess any of the shivaay's most wanted expectations... the dreaded NAAM , KHOON AND KHANDAN.
