When 17 year old Indira and her mother gets kicked out by her worsened father. Her father Herald who had become an alcoholic and drug addict after not being able to cope with his problems. Her and her mother lived on the streets for a month when she came across the love of her life August Alsina.

August Alsina was always an helping hand towards everyone because he didn't like seeing people down knowing he was once in that position before. One day he came across Indira and her mother sleep on a mattress in front of a corner store and decided he would bring them back on their feet and in the process he met the love of his life Indira.
