The Devil's Playmate

1976, New Orleans; the quiet community of Bayou St.John is rocked to its core by a series of grizzly murders. Women, all of them brunettes in their early 20's start disappearing, never to be found again. And then, a single body is found; dressed up like a porcelain doll. Baffled police remain unable to solve the crimes, and slowly, things go back to normal, people forget and live moves on.

2016, Anne-Marie Dubois struggles to keep up with the maintenance of her family home, an old Plantation estate. With the help of her twin sister, Alexandra, they decide to turn the estate into a B&B. Everything seems great, until one night, Alexandra disappears. The signs all point to an old crime, the same MO, the same pattern. Is it a copycat? Or is it the same killer, back from his grave, to wreak havoc and seek vengeance, once again?
