The wind was bleak and bitter. The atomosphere was dim and somber. Her heart was isolated and reclusive. She was alone. That was, Until he came. He was an outcasted angel.His wings were constructed of  all the galaxy's oceans: His feathers splashed with hues of cerulean and turquoise.  He brought  warmth and spirit to the girl: light into her world for the longest time...

But he was only wearing a mask...

BASED LOOSELY ON THIS PROMPT: A long time ago, every human had wings. When you were born, they were white, but they changed to all colours of the rainbow given what kind of life you live, from a light yellow to a dark blue. However, in this time, only stumps are left, coloured in a muddy grey. No one remembers why humans left their wings, and no one cares anymore.
