I'm shocked and thankful by all the support this book has gotten, and I'm sorry to anyone who is upset by this. But I've just lost motivation to continue writing this book. I can't force myself to focus on it like I used to be able to and I feel like I would do better to just relax about it and not have to worry about yet another book.
