Tenmei Kirai, he is the man and Ultra born from the once-in-a-millenia occurence: the "Shining Eclipse".
Lunaiju, monsters that originate from the moon, are low on their supply of Moon Crystals, and proceed to the sphere of life: Earth.
The K.L.A.W. team tries their best, but it's not enough. A giant appears, and helps to defeat the Lunaiju, but is he friend or foe? The gears start turning when the Plaque of Eclipse is revealed, a legend of millenia ago.
