A story about how a young man named Bassett ,who has a strong hatred towards dragons, is captured by one and forcibly brought to the mountains of the west against his own will. As one misfortune follows another along their quest however, Bassett slowly comes to the realization that this dragon, even thought it may act in ways he expects, begins to actually care for the human under it's watchful eye; and to his horror notice that, he himself begins to care for the beast as well.
As events unfold and their bond becomes greater in the journey will Bassett find the solution to his conflicting heart, or, will he let his hatred towards dragons remain instead?
