Hi readers! These are the poems I've been working on for the past week or so. They all have the general theme of betrayal and darkness. Some darker than others absolutely. Sometimes I wonder how in the world I wrote these. I hope you all enjoy. It is a bit short I know, but this is only a small poetry book in many many that will come. Dragon Blood
"Do you remember calling me 'mate?'" he asked softly, pushing her wild curls away from her face. She blushed deeply, but he wouldn't let her look away. "You heard that?" He nodded with a smile. "It was the first thought she ever shared with me." Skylar pursed her lips. "She likes you very much." "What about you?" he teased gently. "How do you feel about me?" She set her jaw and once again managed to look down her nose at him while staring up at him. "Well... well, I'm rather fond of you, Orion." He let out a relieved laugh and pulled her into his chest again. "What a relief. I was worried it was just me." He nuzzled her temple, inhaling deeply, his dragon fully at peace. The words "I love you" were right on the tip of his tongue, but he knew it was too soon for that. He would have to hold them in just a little while longer. "I'm fond of you, too," he whispered in her ear. <><><><><><><><> Skylar lived her life in fear. Fear of exposure, fear of herself, and fear of her future. As a princess and heir to the kingdom, her future was daunting enough. The fact that she turned into dragon and would be killed if anyone found out made it all the worse. So, Skylar lived in constant conflict with the beast within her, all while training to be queen one day. When a fellow king discovers her secret, she is forced to flee or put her entire family in danger. When she meets Orion, the Alpha of a dragon clan, he helps open up a whole new world to her. In this new world, Skylar discovers who she is supposed to be and what she's been hiding from. She finds the beauty of her beast and a love she only ever dreamed of. But then her new world is threatened. It becomes a matter of kill or be killed, so Skylar's new family, with the help of her old, must rise to the challenge to defeat this threat. Or risk the extinction of her kind.Complete

In The Blink Of An Eye
Madisyn Connelly, or MC as people called her, considered staring at the wall for the next hour a viable entertainment option. Her life was, to put it mildly, predictable. Wake, work, maybe catch a movie, sleep, repeat. The thrill was gone, replaced by the beige monotony of suburban existence. That's when her phone buzzed. It was a text message from an unknown number: "Hello? Are you there?" Madisyn sighed. Just another wrong number. She typed back, "Wrong number, sorry." and went back to contemplating the life she was living. The reply came instantly: "No matter how I put this, it'll sound crazy. I've gone over this many times in my head." Followed by "Wait a sec. I have to add the others first. Please don't go." Thomas, Cleo, Dan, Richy, Jessy... These names were strangers only moments ago and now resonated with a strange urgency. "We need to ask, How do you know Hannah Donfort?" Madisyn hesitated. She was about to send another dismissive reply, but a flicker of... something... stopped her. Boredom? Curiosity? A subconscious yearning for something more? "I don't know anyone named Hannah," she typed adding a question mark at the end, unsure why she was even bothering. The next text chilled her blood: "Hannah's my girlfriend and she disappeared. Three days ago to be exact." And so began Madisyn's unwanted adventure. She couldn't shake the feeling that she was somehow connected to this Hannah, these people, this desperate plea. Madisyn's heart hammered. Worried texts, Hannah's disappearance, Madisyn's phone number on Hannah's phone... it all pointed to something far more sinister than a simple misunderstanding. The search led her down dark alleys and into smoky bars. She faced threats, endured intimidation, and felt the cold grip of fear more times than she could count. She had discovered that even in the most ordinary of lives, there was the potential for extraordinary courage, love, and power to make a difference. And it all started with the wrong number.Complete
Bride of the Dark Lord
Soon, I was thrusting my chest out to him, as I moaned. Moaned out loud. Trying to give him unhindered passage to my breasts. "Please" I moaned. "Please..." His scorching mouth persisted, without mercy, on my rack. He pulled back. Panting heavily. As his eyes ogled me with feral hunger. Within a few seconds, his clothes left his body. And his legs nudged mine apart. He eased himself between them. Bringing me into an absolute awareness of his stiff length, resting right at the mouth of my arousal. And then, he asked, the ultimate question. A question I didn't see coming. After all, he was the Prince and I was the daughter of a mere nobleman gifted to him in marriage. This was his right. His conjugal right. "Can I?" he said. 💥💥💥🌟🌟🌟⚡⚡⚡ BRIEF SYNOPSIS She was destined to die for her people. He was born to end lives. With just a touch of his bare hands. ------- Xemein has known nothing but distress, for the last six years. And now, to end her anguish and that of her people, she was given the task to murder a man that had proven countless times, that he couldn't be killed easily. The Dark Lord. And so, she was wedded to him, with a mission. Kill the Dark Lord and your family and people will be safe forever. And now, she has been given to him in marriage. What will ensue now that she's confined in his lair and completely unprotected against his charms? Will she fulfil her mission and save her people? "I thought you loved me" i said while controlling my tears from Stroming down. "I never said that" he said blankly staring me. "Then what was those our quality times,soft touches,hugs?" I asked him angrily. " It was past. If you think those childish behaviour of yours was love then you're the stupidest in the World " he said chuckling. "Why the hell you married me ?" I shouted at him in anger. "The only reason of our marriage is my revenge." He said calmly,looking straight into my eyes. "Y-y-ou used me" I said broking in tears there. This was the conversation of our first wedding night. What would happens when royal princess whose heart is full of sympathy would fall in love with someone who used her for his fire of revenge . She is sensitive but not weak. She knows how to make someone taste their own taste. Cold hearted he. He isn't someone's cup of tea. His rage is beyond everything. One sharpe gaze of Him and everyone losses their balance. His is stone hearted who cares of nothing but his ambition. His moves are full of fire. He said his heart doesn't beat. While his heart beated once when he saw her. He smiled again when he met her. He wanted to live once again when he touched her. But the only thing which was stopping him was his Revenge. He was bounded in a promise. Fire and water. Both are totally opposite but the only thing in common is they both can destroy everything in the world. They represent self-destructing human emotions such as revenge and desire of forgiveness. They both have ability to creat disaster. What will she do? How will they both survive together? Will she melt his heart? Or he will burn her in his fire? What was his revenge ? What's the connection of her with his revenge? Will he ever love her? Wanna know? Hated- Really?
She knew his identity. He didn't know hers. She just wanted to have him around. He didn't. She knew they could not be together. He didn't. She didn't plan for longer. But he did. What will happen when he comes to know her real identity? Will he be able to stop himself in time from falling or will she have to face his wrath for hiding the truth. __________ "Do you believe in love?" He whispered in her ears making her jump. He was close, no, too close. She could feel his breath and hear her heart beat pounding very fastly. She took a few steps back to get her personal space secured. "You scared me." "Sorry, that was unintentional and I did not know that you are that weak." He smirked at her. "I am not weak.. That..." she saw him taking a step towards her. She gulped and then continued. ".. is a..." Another step. ".. normal.." One more step closer. ".. reaction." Another step. By now, he was again within her personal space. "I think we should go and see if Natey is done with her books." She whispered and laughed nervously and turned back only to be hold and pulled back to a hard chest. He had purposely swirled her along with him, changing their position. His front was dangerously touching her back. "It's a weak who always run away showing back." He whispered in her ears, his breaths touching her neck. His hands were placed just below her breast and touching most of her abs part. ___________________________________________________________________________ This is my first attempt at writing.
