When Maddi Starr moves into the rainy town of Greyholt to live with her uncle after the mysterious death of mother, she meets brothers; Luca and Alec. But everything is not as it seems! Strange things start happening that make her wonder how truthful her past has been and what she is capable of. Unsure of her new powers, she uncovers secrets that start to make the brothers seem less and less innocent and that they have had more to do with her past then she would have thought. But when she becomes a target because of her power things start to become a little more eventful then she would've hoped.
