Jack Barakat is 17 years old. He's been in a mental hospital for almost a year now, for trying to take his own life. After his abusive drunk step father went to far and left him beaten and broken. Still haunted by nightmares from the abuse, He doesn't  believe that he has a need to live anymore. But will that change when Alex Gaskarth arrives at Saint Jimmy's home for mentally ill teens.
