Maybel Hudson is a lively girl from Bright Side. She has everything she wants and the only big problems in her life are her dress issues or how the lunch in the school cafeteria is losing its magic.. you get the idea.
Blayze Rider belongs to the Dark Side. A place where getting food is a quest everyday, where shadows follow you everywhere you go, where you have to look over your shoulder every moment.
So what is the event which brings Maybel and Blayze together? The couple are like ice and fire.. could they get over their differences before one of them gets hurt?

Our story starts just as Nick wakes up from his two-year coma. The problem is he doesn't remember his past with Melissa. Even worse, he is claiming he has been married to Maya. Maya is put into the awkward situation of mending her friend's relationship and dealing with the fact that the man of her dreams is finally dreaming about her-even though it took a brain injury to get there. Friendships are tested, and relationships are cracked as trust between this trio slowly disappears. How will Maya navigate this new switch in their dynamic? Will their friendships survive? ... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. In this story, I've written about the realities of the world and the truth about relationships. Love is beautiful, even when it's complete, and it's also a beautiful chapter in life's journey, even when it remains incomplete. True love is a precious page in life that not everyone gets, and not everyone appreciates it. But those who get it are lucky, and those who appreciate it are truly fortunate.
