Carrie Winters had always been a nerd. Her first words were said to be 'maths' and 'science', which funnily enough are her two favourite subjects. Her favourite colour was brown, the same brown the ringlets fell down in from her head. She didn't want to be a dull, boring nobody, she wanted to have an obsession with the colour pink just as much as any other girl would. Sadly, this was not the case. With one acquaintance she usually spent most of her time with who goes by the name of Lisa Newbury, Carrie was okay with being invisible during highschool; it meant she had more of a chance surviving it. But what happens when Carrie is lost, only has 20 cents and a phone booth at her expense, but she just can't remember the number she's trying to call... and by getting one digit wrong, ends up calling the most popular kid in school, none other than the heartthrob in the year above her...
