Spencer had been living on her own for 3 months before she realized that she needed a roommate; that school and apartment payments were too much. Nothing permanent, just until she finished up with school.
She posted an ad online, in hopes that someone she at least could get along with would respond and she'd receive a call.
But after several phone calls, she was bored. Not one person seemed right for her. Most of the girls were annoying, and all of the guys were creepy.
When she did find the "perfect roommate," she was in for a surprise. Ronnie Black was not who she expected.
He was good looking, had great taste in music, and he was a pretty nice guy. But he had a past. One he refused to talk about.
And he was determined to make her fall in love with him, despite her insistence that 'relationships aren't worth it.'
Besides, this was only temporary. True love isn't temporary.
