I know many people have heard of the nasty, horrible, and terrifying monsters that live in the darkness, under your bed, in the closet, and even in the basement. But have you heard of the real life monsters? The mental illnesses, disorders, and strugles? They are all real. Many call them the real life monsters that attack, hide, and hunt their prey. Those are monsters and I'm hear to tell you about them. The furry, slimy, ghostly monsters, they currupt your mind and eat away at your body.
They are in their invisible form, but to the imagination and body, they are terrifying. Even turning us into the monsters we call ourselves. The inner demons our parents told us to kill.

You become prey to your disease and You can't fight back. That is what it's like for someone who has spent years of their life suffering in silence from an eating disorder. I've Got It Under Control
Jules is forced to live a life in the psychiatric ward after her eating disorder nearly ends up taking her life. Stuck in a life that is contained within four walls, while she fights her battle with an eating disorder and depression, trying to gain control of the demanding voice in her head. Finally having to admit that she can't do it herself and faces vulnerability by doing so. She endures love and heartbreak but only she can save herself. Will Jules recover and finally be free of the voice that has become the burden of her life? ~ I've Got It Under Control That's what she thought. That's what they all think when it first starts. They had control, had, past tense. Now they wish they did. Their bodies are screaming for help but their head is saying otherwise. My Life Being Dead
Hello. I’m Cassidy. I’m 16 years old, and I am helpless. I’m weak, defenseless and not to mention unassuming. I am utterly boring and uninteresting. I wouldn’t be surprised if God himself overlooked me. Maybe that’s why my life sucks so much. My face is dull and pale, and my hair is mousy brown. This is my account of my most recent hospitalization. Most people think that mental rehabilitation facilities are just vacation spots. Well, they are dead wrong. Psychiatric hospitals are very tense environments, and I decided that I'd like to share my full experience with everyone. It was one of my worst stays, and I think sharing my experience will help others to understand what people who struggle with mental illness go through.
