From the world of "The Succubus in a Red Dress" comes ... the Enclave, one of the most luxurious and affluent housing developments in all of Northern California, but it also hides a secret; it's the home to the most influential wolf pack on the West Coast.
But, for Selene, the Enclave is less than a paradise, and one she desperately wants to escape. She's a wild child, everything a young werewolf should be, beautiful and spirited, but her nearly feral ways alienate her from the wolves around her, who still cling to their humanity. And a life of Escalades and excess just isn't what she desires. In fact, the only part of humanity she wants to cling to is their alpha's eldest son, Greg, who is everything a future pack leader should be.
Though she tries to escape, the wolves of the Enclave keep bringing her back, finally giving Selene an ultimatum; that she can set off on her own when she turns 18, and finishes high school. But, if navigating peer pressure and pack life weren't bad enough, on top of it all, their alpha's youngest son announces that he's bonded with her, and claims they're destined to be together.
Now, Selene has got to find a way to get rid of a 16 year-old loser who hasn't even shifted for the first time, but his actions set off a chain of events that might prove to unravel a deeper mystery of who they both are ...
... and why hunters have show up, targeting Selene.
