Anxiety and Hope

This feeling inside wont go away, of pain and loneliness and regret. Smiling, laughing, giggling doesnt help anymore, the jokes or sarcastic puns dont work anymore, feeling small in a big world, feeling like youre not going to make it tomorrow or thru the night because all the anxiety built up and all the panic of feeling like you're not wanted anymore.

But you are. Like what does this all mean is it depression is it just nightly thoughts that happened to those who say their happy but they arent.

What is it. What are these feelings for.
