You began to awake from a deep sleep, the remnants of whatever dream you just had being chased away by the feeling of a massive headache radiating throughout your skull. It wasn't a sharp kind of pain, but instead a dull, echoing one that seemed to repeatedly spike in pain after a few moments of consistent ache. What happened? Where were you? For some odd reason, you couldn't recall where you'd been before you had gone to sleep. You couldn't remember... anything, actually. It hurt just to think. You swallowed, your dry throat constrict painfully against itself. All you knew now was that you were in pain, and lying on a cold, damp floor.
