Danny never really though about love, yet alone finding the one person he would spend the rest of his days with. But with his sixteenth Life-Day only one week away, its about time he did. Society has brought together the Nations of the world together at last. After the "dispute" over the newly discovered teleportational technology AKA World War III, all sixteen year olds have their Partners hand picked for them by Society. This was the one way the Nations were able to maintain The Treaty with Society since fuels and other products and services are now free to all except for a minor teleportation taxation. On his Life-Day Danny is shocked to find that his Partner is a guy. Only seldom does this occur and when it does, let's just say the Binding ceremony never fully connects the newlywed's. On top of all of that Grayson, Danny's Partner is hiding a secret. One that's very existence itches under Danny's skin. One which Danny is destined to find out whether it brings them closer together or not.
